Double Room with own bathroom

I’ve got a spacious double room available in a gorgeous flat on the Lisburn road sharing with me. I’m ideally looking for someone I can also be friends with maybe the odd movie night or hangout, but also respects each other’s space.

The room is bright and comfortable, and since I have an en-suite, you’ll pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself most of the time — a nice little bonus!

The flat itself stays nice and warm, so we rarely need to use the heating. It’s in a super convenient location with shops nearby and a gym close by. The town centre is about a 20–30 minute walk, and there’s a number 9 bus every 15 minutes from the top of the road, so getting around is really easy.
There’s also a parking space if you drive in an underground car park
