Double furniture room

Double fully furnished room no room for own furniture tenant must be clean and tidy and all personal belongings must be kept in room 3 other females I will provide all cleaning materials cleaner comes once a week kitchen has everything you need no room for own stuff unless it’s small items utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer there is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet/utility room the living room has a bed settee for any family friends visiting females only I will also stay there every 3 months for 1 week if you smoke it has to be outside it’s an end terrace with front and back garden old tenant has been there 3 years but is moving to England with her work
