Double room in a two-bed ground-floor flat on Wellesley Avenue, right next to the Lisburn Road and bus stops. The flat includes a shared kitchen and living room with a TV. There is a small patio outside. Parking is available on the street.

Rates are paid by the landlord. Gas and electric are on a meter, and wifi is on a monthly basis - overall bills are about £50 - £60 a month, depending on usage. Rent is £550 a month.

The flat is currently occupied by myself and another flatmate, who is moving out this month, so the room will be available from mid-May. I am a 2nd Year Biological Sciences PhD student at QUB, and enjoy gaming (online and board games) as well as baking, arts and crafts, watching TV and especially going to the cinema. I enjoy socialising but also value my own space. I am looking for someone clean, friendly and sociable who might be up for the occasional movie or games night!
