There's an extendable dining table with 4 chairs.

There's a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, and the apartment also benefits from gas central heating and WiFi.

I have a really nice keyboard (piano) that you are welcome to play if you like music.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with lift access. Private parking is available in a secure garage, accessed via electronic gates.

The location is excellent - just a 5-minute walk to the city centre shops and directly across the road from Lanyon Place train station.

This would suit a professional looking for a short-term share with the possibility of staying longer. I use the smaller bedroom, but I will be away most of the time, so you will often have the apartment to yourself.
