Rates are paid by the landlord. Gas and electric are on a meter, and wifi is on a monthly basis - overall bills are about £50 - £60 a month, depending on usage. Rent is £550 a month. The room is available immediately.

I am a 2nd Year Biological Sciences PhD student at QUB, and enjoy gaming (online and board games) as well as baking, arts and crafts, watching TV and especially going to the cinema. I enjoy socialising but also value my own space. I am looking for someone clean, friendly and sociable who might be up for the occasional movie or games night!
