The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. There is also a shared office space. The large kitchen is clean and modern, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is fully furnished with two sofas and a TV. There is a south-facing back patio.
The two current housemates are professional girls in their 20s. The house is respectful, friendly and sociable.
Rent is £430pcm, with gas on a meter and electricity paid monthly (~£16). Wifi is included.
