Double Room £375 a month (Girls Only)

Move in date is negotiable, can do mid July onwards. Lease ends in February but I plan to ask for at least a 6 month extension on this to August 2027.

Electric shower so no issues waiting for water to heat up.

Oil Heating: depends on the month/price

WiFi: £10.50 each per month

Electric top up pad: £30 each per month (give or take)

General Parking area for residents outside the house (never have any issues)

The house originally came unfurnished and I redecorated some of the rooms myself so that’s why it’s so cheap. The room would come with the bed and mattress and shelf but can remove anything else if needed.

Lovely area. Shop and several take aways, pharmacy etc across the road, lidl just around the corner. The bus into town is basically outside the door and it takes about 15mins (specific bus lane so morning traffic has little to no impact)

House is a 3 bed but I use one room as an office/dressing room. I work from home Wednesday and Thursday but happy to otherwise share it.

Has a shed (but don’t really use it as it has landlords stuff in it) and a front and back garden. Back garden is such a sun trap which is brilliant in the good weather for a drink or for drying clothes.

I’ve lived with girls my whole life (sisters) and moved to Belfast 10 years ago and have lived with friends for a long time. Spent the last 5 years living with my best friends but they’ve either moved home or to Australia. So very used to sharing a house and up for a bit of craic but also respectful of space and happy doing my own thing.

I’m 28 and I work full time so ideally looking for someone in a similar position.
