I’ve lived here for 3 and a half years and loved it. You will be living with two lovely girls aged 27-28 who are working full time / finishing PhD. The girls are friendly, chatty and easy going. They keep the flat cosy, clean and tidy and they’re looking for someone similar who enjoys a bit of craic in the evenings and some chilled nights in and even a wee night out.

The room comes furnished with bed (and mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The desk and chair currently in the room belong to me and I’m happy to leave them if you’d find them useful or take them with me - whatever suits you!

There is a bright and spacious kitchen and living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with 60/40 fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are two bathrooms, both of which have showers.

Great location on Malone Avenue, just off the Lisburn Road with lots of cafés and local shops. Very close to Queen’s University and the City Hospital and approx 25 minute walk from Belfast city centre. There are good public transport links with bus stops nearby on both the Lisburn Road and Malone Road and the closest train stations are City Hospital and Botanic Avenue.

Rent is £430 per month, bills not included. Bills include wifi, electric and gas heating and usually average out at £50 per month but this varies between winter and summer - especially with the good weather! The lease is available until 30 June 2027. You will need to pass referencing and a UK guarantor is required.
