A cosy, medium-sized double bedroom with access to a private bathroom is available in a lovely, high-standard two-bedroom apartment overlooking the River Lagan.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Lanyon Place Station, Belfast city centre, bus routes, and the Glider. It's also close to St George's Market, the riverside walk, Ormeau Park, and the Gasworks area.

The flat is bright and spacious, with beautiful views of the River Lagan and the surrounding hills.

You will be sharing with one professional woman in her mid-30s who works on a hybrid basis.

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I'm leaving Northern Ireland and returning home. The current lease runs until March 2027, with the possibility of signing a new tenancy agreement with the landlord/letting agency afterwards.

Ideally, I'm looking for a professional female who is responsible, clean, and tidy.

Rent & Bills
Rent: £650 per month each (£1,300 total for the apartment), payable on the 1st of each month.
Internet: Virgin Media unlimited broadband – £15 each per month.
Electricity: Approximately £50 every 3–4 weeks (£25 each).
Gas: Approximately £49 every 6-7 weeks in summer (around £24.50 each). Usage is higher in winter.
Electricity and gas are topped up as needed, and you can agree between yourselves who tops up which utility.
The apartment includes an electric shower, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, making it ideal for someone working from home.
