Double room available in four winds, a lovely quiet residential area only 15 mins from Belfast city centre/10 mins from Ormeau Road. Bus stop 5 min walk and space for a car as well.
Shared bathroom with 1 female (me) is on the ground floor opposite your room, the living room is also next to your room which you will have exclusive use of as i have my own living room upstairs. There is also a single room on the ground floor which you can use for friends staying over or as an extra storage room.
Shared kitchen and washing machine and drier. I have plates/cutlery you can use so no need to buy new.
My bedroom/living room is in the attic so we will each have our own space. I’m a self employed musician and usually out working most weekends until 1am.
Must be comfortable living with 2 cats!
