Hi, anyone looking for a student accommodation, i'm offering my contract for en-suite bronze plus room at Nelson place belfast. The room is located on higher floors with a great view of the city.

You can take over my contract for just £179 per week including all bills within the building! My contract runs for 44 weeks starting from 05 September 2025 - 28 August 2026.
