You'd be sharing with one other person: a 21-year-old professional working in the city, out at work through the week and sociable in the evenings and at weekends. The flat is kept clean and tidy without anyone being precious about it, so the ideal person is easygoing, respectful of shared space and happy to stop for a chat in the kitchen though equally content doing their own thing.

Rent is £750 per month and includes council tax and all bills except gas, which comes to roughly £10 per month each. A parking space is available if you need one at an extra £50 per month.
