It’s a 3-bedroom house with two double bedrooms, although one room is currently used for extra storage. The house has a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is also a secure back garden with a patio area and street parking right outside.
The house is in a quiet residential area, with the Ormeau Road nearby, where there are lots of independent shops, cafés, bakeries and places to eat. Forestside Shopping Centre is also close by, with local shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
