Double bedroom in LGBT house

Placing this ad through a throwaway account but happy to share my details and pictures if you’re interested in the listing!

I’m a 31 year old cis gay professional and have been renting out my spare room to a friend, but he’s had to move away. The setup worked really well so I’m hoping to find someone who might want something similar.

Ideally looking for someone sex-positive, nudist or nudist-friendly, open-minded and non-judgmental. Someone who is chilled and can communicate well, and not into drama.

The room is a decent size for a double but doesn’t have too much additional space if you’ve got loads of stuff. It currently has a double bed and some side tables but no wardrobe or desk etc so I’ve put the ad down as unfurnished. It’s on a fairly quiet street about 5-10 min drive from the city centre (10/15 min cycle or about 45 min walk). It’s a few minute walk to Cregagh Road which has some great shops and food spots and a quick bus into town.

The house itself has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in an outhouse and a smaller living room upstairs.

I should particularly note, I have a fairly large dog, and at the moment I’m smoking inside (a habit I’m hoping to kick soonish haha). I’m quite sociable so every few weeks I usually have people round, besides that I’m quite quiet and reserved. Those will either be absolute dealbreakers for you or vice versa! I’m also in the slow process of renovating the house, so some rooms may be a bit messy sometimes when I decide to do DIY. Another negative – I work shift patterns on random days and nights.

Other than that I think I’m pretty easy to live with, I think. I’m quite easygoing and tend to get on with most genders, ages, cultures etc. I just couldn’t get on with someone who’s judgemental or prudish, but if you were that I reckon you’d have stopped reading at the words ‘sex-positive’ and ‘nudist’.
