* Room Details: 13.5 sq m, private bathroom (en-suite), fully furnished.
* Flatmates: 3 quiet and clean female students.
Dates & Pricing:
* Available Period: 2 October – 26 October (24 nights total).
* Rent: £25/day for stays over 16 days (£600 total for the full 24-day period). For shorter stays, rent is £30–£42/day depending on the length of stay. All utility bills and Wi-Fi are included.
* Preference: Female students or young professionals only.
