Ensuite room in cosy flat beside Botanic Gardens 🌿

*letting agent requires that new tenant must be working full-time*

I just moved into a new flat last week and am looking to rent the other room out. The room available is a double room with an ensuite. It has a full length window with lots of beautiful natural light. The flat was totally unfurnished when I moved in last week, but I have managed to pick up some furniture so it’s slowly coming together :) Hoping to make it a really cosy home over the coming months!

The flat is actually a 3-bed, but I’m only renting one room out as I want to keep the other for visiting family/friends :) It’s a lovely bright flat in a great location right beside the Botanic Gardens/Queens. The new flatmate will need to provide a work reference and three months of bank statements to the letting agency. They must also be in full-time employment (letting agency requirement). I’m looking for someone to move in ASAP, but ideally no later than the 7th Oct.

About me - I’m a 26yr old professional and am ideally looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s. I love cooking, movies, books etc. I’m looking for a flatmate who I can genuinely become friends with and do things with from time to time eg movie nights/takeaways. I’m a clean person and am looking for someone similar.
