Double room in a clean, quiet house

Hey! I’m looking for a female house mate preferably a professional between age 25-30. I like to live in a clean comfortable environment so a tidy, respectful individual is a must. It’s just me and my cat Binx in the house, she wouldn’t allow any other pets in the home unfortunately. I have my family dog over a couple days a week so an animal lover would be ideal. Would prefer a non smoker but vaping is fine. I like to have friends over from time to time and I’m quite social but I also enjoy my own space. I work from home a few days per week, there is also a desk in the bedroom I’m renting in case you might work from home too. I’m easy going and would be up for making friends with my house mate but equally if you keep yourself to yourself that’s fine by me. The house has been fully renovated this year, there is a huge garden that needs redone but will be finished for next summer. Quiet area so if you’re looking for a party house this is not the one! Bills around £50 each currently, might be more in winter.
