The house comes with a separate shower room, a bathroom with a toilet, a kitchen and dining area, a living room and a private garden/patio area. Amenities include a washer/dryer.

The room itself comes with a wardrobe, two sets of drawers, a desk of sorts, a table, a large window area and a double bed.

The 4 other tenants are very sociable and respectful.

I've unfortunately had to move out, so I'd like to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible and would be happy to help make the move-in process straightforward.

Comes with furnishings as pictured, including the lamp, mattress topper, lampshade and door hanger.
