Double room available in a lovely house on North Parade, just off the Ormeau Road, in a great part of Belfast.

My current housemate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone friendly, sociable, and easygoing to take over the room.

A bit about me: I'm 32, Irish, and work full-time as a software engineer. I'm pretty relaxed and sociable, into the gym, martial arts, video games, going out for a few drinks, and generally having a laugh. Equally happy with a quiet night in.

Who I'm looking for: Ideally another working professional around a similar age, who's tidy, considerate, and easy to get along with. Someone who's up for the occasional pint or chat, but also appreciates their own space.

I'm not looking for a party house, but equally it'd be nice to live with someone I get along with rather than just sharing a roof. Ideally, it'll be a comfortable, relaxed home with a good atmosphere.

The location is excellent, with Ormeau Park, cafés, pubs, restaurants, and transport links all nearby.
