I’m offering two lovely, fully furnished rooms ( 1 king & 1 large Double) in a beautifully presented home on Farnham Street, in the Ormeau area of South Belfast

Note: £200 per week for a couple sharing one room, including bills.

£500 PW this will include all bills again and fast WiFi , can again accommodate 2 couples, or 1 couple and 1 friend all co housing together 💜💜

The house is furnished to a high standard, with a comfortable, welcoming feel. I’m keen to create a peaceful home rather than a busy house share, so I’m looking for considerate people who value a quiet, clean and respectful living environment.

A great location

Farnham Street is a lovely, quiet residential street with working families. The nearby Ormeau Road has a great selection of independent cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, local shops and everyday amenities.

Ormeau Park is close by, offering lovely green space for walking, running or simply enjoying the outdoors. There are also convenient bus links into Belfast city centre, making it a practical base for work, study and exploring the city.

The property would suit quiet professionals or mature students looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home for a minimum stay of three months.

A peaceful household, mutual respect and keeping the house clean and tidy are really important to me. I’m hoping to create a home rather than a busy house share.
