Double Room with Private Bathroom - Female Wanted!

Hi everyone, I am looking for a female to take over a room in my flat as my current flatmate is potentially moving out by December end! The room is furnished and you would have your own private bathroom just outside the room. I'm currently completing my masters in architecture so my time is split between uni and home. I would prefer someone who's not remote working but okay if so. I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, can have friendly chats but can also respect my space!
