Looking for someone to take over my studio room at nelson place. Perfect for anyone beginning a placement in belfast or looking to have a flat to themselves.
Room is big and has everything you'd need, cooker, hob, freezer, fridge, large desk and chair.
Contract is until July 2027
Building has a free Gym, plenty of study and social spaces included in the price alongside a great location to Ulster University and quick connections to Queen's, also in the city centre to loads of shops nearby.
I'm able to do the tenancy takover as soon as possible but I can work around you though :)
I'm able to send the payment plan if you want to see but you would only be paying for the months you're there obviously.
Any questions send me a message!!!
