The property has all mod cons and is well maintained throughout. The living room has a through dining room area, stripped pine floors and a fireplace.

The area has plenty of shops and cafes nearby at Connswater and Ballyhackamore. The local library and Holywood Arches Health Centre are a few minutes away.

There is easy access to M1, M2, M3 and Knock dual carriageway. Lanyon Station is a 20 min walk away. Ballyhackamore is a 15 minute walk away. George Best airport is approx 10 min journey by car. The G1 glider runs citywards, every 6-8 minutes, via Lanyon Station/City Centre, continuing west via Europa Bus Station to Royal Victoria Hospital (approx 25 mins). It runs countrywards to Ballyhackamore (3 mins), continuing to Ulster Hospital (approx 15 mins).

Rent includes all bills, GCH, Electricity and Wifi

Requirements:
I am looking for a respectful, quiet, mature & considerate person, who will take a responsible attitude to the care of the house. This includes such aspects as security, making sure windows & doors are fully closed & locked when going out, and safe & economic use of cooker, electrics etc.

Cleanliness and personal hygiene are important, clearing up after oneself and dealing with bed linen and laundry. On occasion I may ask for assistance with some house cleaning, and request that the furniture and fittings of the house are treated responsibly.

I am a fairly easy going person, love animals, am good natured, enjoy humour and like to have a relaxed household but I recognise in order to achieve that it is best to have a little in common. I will chat with any potential lodgers first over tea/coffee.

I enjoy my independence but am equally willing to share a pizza and bottle of wine, balance is good. It would be nice to have someone who can socialise a little, not someone who spends all their time in their room.

Rent is based on a full time worker (NO WFH). I may be flexible with date in order to get the right person. Please be patient for response. Viewing to be arranged.
