Room with double bed, wardrobe & drawers in house in quiet residential area close to many facilities esp QUB, BCH, MBC, RVH & Boucher Rd. These are short walk away; half hour walk to city centre or alternatively train & bus stops are at each end of street. M&S,, 24hr Spar & Tesco are all within 5 minutes walk. PureGym & other options including Olympia Leisure Centre are within 10 minutes walk.
There is use of a small office 4 days per week.
Do not apply if you want ‘just a room’ with no communication or conversation. It is a big bonus if you can speak French.
You will help to keep the house & garden very clean & tidy and have an eco-friendly environment (including full recycling). Hopefully you will occasionally join in activities like parkrun or day trips.
This is a house share with a 9-5 NHS worker - student party days are in the past - except for an occasional weekend - so need quiet between midnight & 0730 most days.
