Rent includes all bills (including TV licence). Rent includes the cost of cleaning of shared areas (tenants are expected to clean up after themselves as normal, but a cleaner is paid to do a thorough clean once a week). Rent also includes broadband. The all-in rent/month is £500 per month for single occupancy. We would rather not have a couple.

This property was renovated 3 years ago, and it's looking pretty good. Three double bedrooms. Two receptions and a kitchen arranged in open plan. Clutter-free space is probably the main selling point. Its semi-detached with off street parking for one car. Its just around two corners from Ravenhill rugby ground, one street away from the buzz of Ormeau Rd, and you can literally fall out the front door onto Ormeau golf course.

Its spacious, its warm, central heating is powered by a new combination gas boiler (in the garage to rear).

No pets - unless they are really small and kept inside something e. g a fish, a turtle etc.

There are 4 bedrooms, that's three double rooms and one small box room, I'm renting out the three double rooms, the box room is just a spare, can be used as an office, but on the very odd occasion tenants have had a friend stay in it when they visit.
