One works evenings/nights & the other splits time between Lisburn & Dublin...so the house is often empty
Rent includes bills (incl Prime, Netflix etc) & fortnightly room clean with fresh bed linen etc.
Fully stocked kitchen with
washing machine & dryer.
Please be tidy & courteous... Happy to consider a lodger who only requires a room a few nights each week
One resident lazy, entitled, boss cat (in case of allergies)

5 min walk to Sprucefield
20-30 min bus ride to Central Station in Belfast from Sprucefield
No smoking in house, but garage has a smoking area set up.
