Hi folks, upstairs double room to rent.

I live downstairs.

Its a largish recently refurbed 1930's semi detached house with its own driveway and garden. Has a modern kitchen and a bathroom fitted with a power shower. WiFi and all bills are included.

There's a 42" TV in each room, fresh carpet, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Double bed and mattress. 4 pillows and a duvet.

I don't have any fixed ideas on who can come here except that they hold good standards in their lives.

It's a warm and cozy room in a good clean house. We look forward to genuine enquiries.
