Rooms to rent in large house near Moira / Lisburn

I'm a 38 year old professional guy, looking to rent out a spare double bedroom in a large bungalow conveniently located just off the Moira Road, Lisburn, 2 minutes drive to the M1 Motorway, shops and Moira train station. The house has nice gardens and there is plenty of parking space for 3/4 cars without having to move them in the drive way.

The room is large with in built wardrobe and use of the main bathroom, shared with myself.

There's a large living room and kitchen, and a double garage joined onto the house where you can store any of your extra bits and pieces. In addition there's a large spare room currently used as an occasional office, with a large sofa in it, which could be easily used as an additional TV room, if you wanted your own space from time to time.

The double room is £75/week including bills.

The house will be shared with myself and one other gentleman, who has the ensuite room, so no worries on queuing for the bathroom!
