Deposit to secure the room is £500 and will be returned when you vacate the room, provided due care is taken to it's upkeep and the furnishings.

Semi-detached house on quiet street that is well placed conveniently to a local Spar, takeaway and pharmacy on the ajoining street. The house is located on the suburbs of Belfast in Newtownabbey with several nearby bus stops, a train station with parking and 2 Tesco stores quite nearby.

The upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have newly installed showers and there's a bath upstairs.

At the back is a yard, lined to one side with trees and a garage at the back of the house for bikes and personal storage.

I currently work full-time in Belfast as an IT Professional. My friends would describe me as easy-going, social with a keen interests in sport (Tennis), Italian food and travelling. I've a lot of experience either living in or hosting house shares in the last few years. I'm looking for something who is a good fit so the ideal person would be a professional or mature student who is sociable, polite, who looks after the room/house and cleans up after using shared spaces.

Gas/Electric will be shared evenly between the two of us every quarter. All other bills such as TV license for shared living room and internet are included. Estimate bills at £40-60 per month.
