I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate lodger to share my home.

The accommodation is a little different from a typical house share, as you’ll have exclusive use of the upstairs of the house, giving you plenty of your own space and privacy.

Your own upstairs space includes:

* Spacious double bedroom – a comfortable main bedroom.
* Second double bedroom – complete with a sofa, ideal for use as your own private lounge, home office, study or additional storage space.
* Private bathroom – located upstairs for your own use.

My own bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, so you’ll have plenty of independence and privacy.

* Comfortable living room downstairs.
* Fully equipped shared kitchen.

* Approximately 5 minutes’ walk to bus services connecting to Belfast City Centre.
* Just 2 minutes’ walk to a lovely local park.

* Gas and electricity are split between us.
* You’ll only be sharing the house with me, the live-in homeowner – no other lodgers.
