Available from 1st July is a fully furnished single room in a detached property situated in a peaceful and quiet area.
The room includes a single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirrors, chest of drawers, and a television, WiFi/internet.
Included are, duvet, duvet sets, pillows, sheet, large throw, all these items are brand new and unopened. There is also a mattress protector and two pillow protectors plus other additional accessories.
The property has two shared living rooms, or one dining room , one living room. The dining room has a large American fridge freezer. There are televisions in all the rooms. Some storage is available for suitcases etc. There is plenty of outside space, large off-road parking area and large gardens.
There is full use of all utensils and accessories in the house.

The nearest town/shops, leisure centre etc is a ten minute train journey or a ten minute drive.
Available for short or long term stays, minimum stay one month and one months notice required.
