This house is let by Hospital Accommodation Limited and is fully certified for safety with regular safety inspections. The house has been designed and furnished with the tired hospital worker in mind to provide you with a warm and relaxing environment after a hard day at work. You will be the first person to stay in one of our beautiful new rooms. They include wooden French carved furniture, brand new spinal max orthopaedic mattresses - perfect after a long day on your feet, flat screen tv`s to stream your favourite shows, desks and vanitys, black out blinds -perfect for night shifts, smart controlled heat / lighting and windows to keep you warm and cosy.

Soft tones and lights provide a relaxing environment throughout. There is a lovely big communal lounge and dinning area with sumptuous sofas and a flat screen Tv. Two designer bathrooms with ample storage space have been installed so you can unwind and relax your muscles after a long day on your feet. There is a large kitchen that is fully equipped with multiples of each appliance ie ovens / washing machines / fridges / freezers etc and there is a great deal of kitchen storage space. There is car parking, a garage , bicycle storage and an office space. The side of the house has a large patio area and there is a large garden to the rear of the house.

The house is set in a lovely, well kept, friendly, quiet and safe area. In a short 10 minute walk you will be on the main street in the centre of town with every shop and restaurant you could need. There is also a large new spar shop being built just at the end of the estate 1 minute walk from the house.

Bills are included but fair usage applies. The house has been fully encapsulated in insulation and with smart technology so it remains lovely and warm.
A weekly bedroom/house cleaner is included in the price along with gardener/window cleaner/pest control/electrician/plumber and fire officer.
The fastest available Gigabite Fiberoptic Broadband is also included.
