We are a small family looking to rent our furnished spare room to someone who will clean the house in exchange for paying rent. So the room is free to whoever is happy with this arrangement. All bills & WiFi included. 2 hours of general cleaning daily and 1 deep clean per week. No experience needed but reference and valid ID required for safety checks.
