I work in international sport and will often be out of the property for months at a time, so you’ll be more often than not sharing with my current lodger Jess.

Looking for the right housemates to share the space with, ideally looking for someone clean, considerate and comfortable being friends with a big soft golden retriever called Gavin who will occasionally be home with me.

The room has almost sole use of the main bathroom (as Jess has an ensuite), a shared living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a patiod Garden that has sun all day.

Great location for access to Belfast and only a couple of minutes walk from Holywood high street.

Currently furnished with a double bed in the photos, will be including two quality wardrobes as we. If preferred / once you’ve seen the room I can also furnish further if you like or you can bring your own furniture if suitable.
