Double bed available in large 2 story flat

29 year old male doctor looking for a single flatmate (male or female). I am currently renting a 2 story flat with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a study area and the available room is a double bedroom with built-in large double wardrobes & ensuite. The flat comes fully furnished and has loads of storage with 2 car parking spaces. The rent is £625 a month and bills on top (which generally only make it £675-700 with everything included).

Looking for a young professional who is clean, tidy and respectful. Someone who has early nights during the week but doesn’t mind going to the pub/ going out at the weekend.

Ideally, I would like to have a joint lease signed within the next few weeks/ month. The minimum total lease would have to be 8 months initially, however, the total lease can be extended (I have been here for several years). Let me know if interested (P.
