Rooms are furnished. 1 room has shower room just beside. Other has main bathroom opposite.

Spacious open plan communal areas with kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Outside there is ample off street parking and a large patio and 'sun trap' garden.

Gas central heating, wifi unlimited broadband. Monthly bills approx £120 but included. If prices continue to rise, there will be an increase to tenants.

Belfast side of Newtownards. Public transport is available from town centre (20 min walk). Own transport recommended.
