As per pictures , single room, single bed with use of fridge and freezer all appliances, separate kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, 2 bathrooms internet tv firestick football, close to leisure Center offering swimming, gym, saunas/steamrooms etc, Town Center, and Wetherspoons, giving separate use over 2 floors. Operate fair use policy for use of hot water and electricity, 1 month notice, no drugs or bs suitable for a working person. All bills included. Other guests get on well and nice atmosphere and sociable. If you’re not a tidy person please do not apply, you are expected to carry out chores that are not difficult, it is not a hotel!
