Comfortable furnished double bedroom available in a lovely, peaceful home on Old Belfast Road, Newtownards.

The house has a beautiful outdoor garden with decking and a hot tub, overlooking lovely countryside. There is also a bus stop right outside, with good transport links to Newtownards and Belfast.
Please note This is a semi rural location and would not suit somone who does not drive or prepared to use bus routes.
It takes Aprox 20 min to drive to Belfast city center in low traffick times.

The room has a double bed and wardrobe, with use of the shared bathroom, kitchen and living areas.

I have two small, friendly Shih Tzu dogs, so you would need to be comfortable living with dogs.

I work full-time and do shift work, so I’m looking for a quiet, respectful and considerate person who is also working or has a similar lifestyle.

This is a quiet home and is not suitable for someone looking to have parties, lots of visitors.

I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, reliable and easy-going who would treat the home with respect.

Rent: £500 per month including bills.
