Are you a contractor working away from home looking for those home comforts rather than a soulless hotel room? Well I might have the answer!

I’ve been in your shoes and now I want to share my home with someone looking to rent Monday to Friday by offering a double fully furnished room at £550 per month everything included.

My house is on the outskirts of Durham City which can be accessed easily by public transport and car or cycle.

The house has everything you’ll need being away from home including access to a garden, converted loft space, broadband, sky etc. and even has a top of the range spa bath. My home is furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

I have 1 cavalier king charles spaniel so you have to be a pet lover. I work at home two days a week and in the other three days I have a dog walker who has access to my home to collect and drop off the dog.

I am looking for someone I can get along with and if we are both in the house at the same time sit and share a drink and a laugh. I am not looking for a party person as I have a stressful job and can work long days so just like to relax and unwind when home.

The person I'm looking for must be a professional who enjoys coming home to a lovely clean and tidy house who doesn’t mind helping with keeping it that way.
