High Quality Double Room To Let

I am offering a double fully furnished room at £650 per month.

My house is on the outskirts of Durham City which can be accessed easily by public transport and car or cycle.

The house has everything you’ll need being away from home including access to a garden, converted loft space (which I use as an office), broadband, sky etc. and even has a top of the range spa bath. My home is furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

I have 1 cavalier king charles spaniel so you have to be a pet lover.

I am looking for someone I can get along with and if we are both in the house at the same time sit and share a drink and a laugh. I am not looking for a party person and don’t want someone coming in and out at all hours of the day.

The person I'm looking for must be a professional who enjoys coming home to a lovely clean and tidy house who doesn’t mind helping with keeping it that way.
