Big kitchen, living room and dining room.
Current tenants are working adults, very clean, tidy and considerate. Very easygoing and fun to live with.
House is located in a quiet housing area. Only 10minutes walk from Billingham train station and Tesco (open till 12pm weekdays). Close to bus route to Middlesbrough and Hartlepool. 10 to 15 minutes walk to town centre ( Aldi, Asda, Iceland, B&m, Billingham Gym and Halifax bank)
