We are looking for a full-time working professional who values a quiet, clean, and respectful home.
Please note that this is not a party house. We go to bed very early and therefore require a tenant who is considerate of noise levels at all times, especially during the evenings and at night. Loud music, frequent visitors, late-night phone calls, or any behaviour that disturbs the peace of the house would not be suitable.
We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and takes pride in keeping their bedroom clean and well maintained.
This is the smallest bedroom in the house, but it is very cosy, comfortable, and ideal for one person. The room includes a Smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix.
The house has one bathroom with a toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet, making it convenient for everyone in the house.
This room would be ideal for a mature, responsible person who appreciates a calm and peaceful living environment.
