In town location, 2 minutes walk from Hospital, 30 seconds walk to bus stop, 10 mins walk to train station, within 20 mins walk to all the town schools.

Spacious double room, with ceiling fan, sitting area, desk space, kitchenette, ample wardrobe and storage plus a fold out guest bed.

Shared bathroom, with double bath and large shower. (I mostly live and use downstairs facilities, so the Bathroom and upstairs is primarily yours).

Use of Yarden and main Kitchen (for washing up & laundry) Parking is available at the bus stop end of culdesac (about 7 spaces which are not in front of my neighbours homes), Sorry no off road parking available.

You can keep yourself to yourself or come downstairs, when you'd like company (except when I am tutoring), a friendly Jack Russel and a cute cat live downstairs with me.
The smaller second bedroom is occasionally let to Air BnB visitors plus my partner and I stay in it when he visits occasional weekends.

Room is suitable for single occupancy at £495) or couple occupancy is £600 (£300 each) monthly.

10% reduction on either rate, if only occupying room Monday to Friday.

Deposit is £300 if using bedding and crockery provided in bedsit or only £200 if you bring your own bedding and crockery.

Short term let's (less then 3 months) considered for extra 20%.

Photo ID & previous landlord or employment reference is essential.
