Great links to Durham University – the bus stop is 5 minutes walk away and opposite the local Co-Op grocery store. There is a choice of 3 buses that pass the University buildings and the journey takes approximately 10 minutes.
Easy going household with two very friendly resident dogs, who will engage as much or as little as you want them to.
You will not get a better standard of accommodation. Had teaching fellows and visiting researchers from Durham University stay with me in the past and it worked very well.
Would ideally suit a professional or post-graduate/visiting researcher.
Both rooms are fully furnished and share a bathroom. Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi. All bills included. Professional cleaner in attendance once a week.
