Great links to Durham University – the bus stop is 5 minutes walk away and opposite the local Co-Op grocery store. There is a choice of 3 buses that pass the University buildings and the journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Extended driveway with space for 3 cars so no worries about where you’re going to park if you have a car!

Easy going household with two super friendly Labradors who will engage as much or as little as you want them to.

You will not get a better standard of accommodation. Previous housemates include teaching fellows and visiting researchers from Durham University, doctors working at Dryburn hospital, staff from Amazon - everyone has been very happy here.

Would ideally suit a professional or post-graduate/visiting researcher.

Room is fully furnished and shares a bathroom with one other. Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi. All bills included. Professional cleaner in attendance once a fortnight.
