The house is two and a half years old and furnished to a very high standard.
Great links to Durham University – the bus stop is 5 minutes walk away and opposite the local Co-Op grocery store. There is a choice of 3 buses that pass the University buildings and the journey takes approximately 10 minutes.
Easy going household with two friendly Labradors who will engage as much or as little as you want them to.
You will not get a better standard of accommodation. Previous housemates include teaching fellows and visiting researchers from Durham University - everyone has been very happy here.
Would ideally suit a professional or post-graduate/visiting researcher.
Room is fully furnished and shares a bathroom with one other. Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi. All bills included. Professional cleaner in attendance once a fortnight.
