This house has three double bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs there is a separate, spacious dining room and living room. In the kitchen you can find a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a gas cooker, an electrical oven, a new washing machine, an under-counter fridge, a large free-standing fridge-freezer, and a central heating combi-boiler, plus a selection of cutlery.

The house is in Bowburn, a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop; and a short bus ride to/from Durham. It takes 8-10 minutes to get to the university (bus stop: Durham New Inn). Also, free street parking is always available around the house.

A large chain superstore, Coop, is 3 min-walk away, more closer you can find post office, GP (clinic), bakery, take-away, library, community centre, even church.

For full time students, the rent for the double is £380per month including the bills or £280 includes water bill, broadband and TV licence, the tenants will share gas and electricity bills. Professionals iare expected to share £40 Council Tax. For choosing the bills included, you would share the extra if the gas and electricity bills over £300 in the winter.
The deposit is £300 which is refundable at the end of contract.
