Hi! I have recently moved into my new home in Chester le street, and currently have an extra room to let out as I am not using it.
I have bathroom with a shower and bath, an office room and a large attic room which can be used as storage. It is currently a little gym which you are welcome to use!
The room I am looking to rent out has a double bed, desk/ vanity desk and has a wardrobe too. Happy to provide anything else needed too!
There is a garden but can be used as a driveway as I don't have a car. There is a shed too which can be used to any cycle storage etc.
The rent is bills included, which includes wifi, council tax, energy and water.
Also have a big living room that can be shared. Kitchen is spacious so no issues with 2 people cooking!
