Luxury Private Attic Conversion to rent

Hello,

My name is Francesca and I live in my house alone but my girlfriend frequently stays.

The room for rent is an attic conversion finished beautifully. It’s on the second floor of the house so has maximum privacy and beautiful views from the velux windows. It has its own private en-suite and walk in wardrobe. black out blinds, tv with Freeview, access to the home wifi. The house itself is a 10 minute walk to the train station and to town, there is dedicated parking for this room.

The bed is brand new with a memory foam mattress which is really gorgeous and super comfy!

I have a dog called Hugo who is a little chiwawa and is very friendly. He loves cuddles and lots of walks.

The garden gets sun all day, it has ample seating, a bird feeding area and even a sun room fitted out with a tv.

I am in the middle of a career change and would like to share my house to help with bills.

There is two living rooms and a massive kitchen so there is plenty of space for us all.

I occupy the first floor which has my office, my art room, my bathrooms and my bedroom. The ground floor would be a fully shared space.

Its decorated lovely and fully furnished so whoever took this room could rest in peace in a really stunning environment, we have a huge kitchen so more than enough space for cupboard things, we have a washer dryer, a bath, a dishwasher, microwave a double oven and an American fridge.
