Concept has been designed too maximise personal living space allowing you more freedom to socialise if you want to but also gives you space to just chill on your own if you choose to. No more needing to watch TV together in a shared lounge if you don't want too.



Each bedroom has the following.

· Private Space. Each room has a double loft bed with 200kg capacity allowing you to have double the space in your bedroom. A brand new high quality memory foam mattress is included too.

· No more mould. Each room has the stale air removed and fresh air is constantly fanned into the room. This eliminates any potential mould issues and stops condensation. This also allows for the best quality air flow into the room and helps you have a good sleep.

· Privacy. Each room has a 2 seater sofa with coffee table and projector. This allows you to sit and relax after a hard days work while you stream from your phone. Projectors are HDMI cable, Wi-Fi and blue tooth enabled.

· Safety, Peace and quiet. All rooms have a locking fire door, a wired in smoke alarm and are sound insulated in the floor and ceiling. This means you will hear less from other house occupants and are protected in case of an emercency.

· Connectivity. 100gb wifi in the house for free. Plenty speed to use your phone, pc or to allow streaming from your personal projector.

· Heating. All rooms are extra insulated to keep you warm. They also all have their own radiator and thermostatic valve so you can keep the temperature like you want it.

· Free Laundry. A brand new washing machine/tumble drier is included for free. So no additional laundry costs on top of the rent.

· Ensuites. 2 rooms have an ensuite and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

· Outside space. All rooms have access to the outside courtyard which is equipped with a 4 seater rattan furniture garden suite.

· Shared kitchen. All rooms have their own cupboard in the shared kitchen and have access to a microwave/ air fryer, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and a kettle.

· Desk and chair. All rooms have their own desk and an office chair for when you may want to some work or eat your dinner separately.

· Wardrobes. All rooms have a built in wardrobe with a hanging rail and shelf.

· Competively priced. All rooms are competively priced considering the added personal space you receive. The rent you pay covers everything in the house.



The whole house has been updated to latest spec and has just completed an extensive refurbishment.

Free cleaner for the communal areas every 2 weeks.
