We have a 3-bed apartment which forms part of a hotel in Darlington, the room offered is bright and airy with a fully equipped kitchen area shared with 2 other people. All rooms are en-suite.

All bills are inclusive, and the apartment has internet with a smart TV. All bedrooms have their own TVs and are fully furnished. Our hotel cleaner attends to a laundry change and cleans every week, which helps keep the apartment in good condition. This service is included in the price. There is a bar, cafe and restaurant to the front section on the ground floor of the hotel which serves coffee and Breakfasts.

There is parking available directly to the rear, and this is free after 6 pm. The local train station and theatre are less than 300 mts away, and the town centre is 7 minutes walking distance. This apartment is rarely available and is very attractive, ideal for professionals, contractors, and people working in the area.
