Room 3 - Double Room (now let). Rent £490 per month, all bills included. This double room comes fully furnished with a double metal bed, two chests of drawers, clothes rail, and large coat rack.

Room 4 - Large Double Room (now let). Rent £525 per month, all bills included. This large room comes fully furnished with a double metal bed, large chest of drawers, clothes rail, coat rack, and bedside table.

Room 5 - Extra Large Double Room with Lounge Area (now let). Rent £565 per month, all bills included. This huge room comes fully furnished with a double metal bed, clothes rail, two large chests of drawers, and fantastic floor lamp. There is also a seating area with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or when you have guests.

The house is double glazed and has gas central heating, as well as a rear yard (which gets the sun) with a secure storage shed suitable for bikes. It also has unlimited on street car parking, and unlimited superfast 1000mbps fibre broadband installed. There is also a cleaner that comes every fortnight.
