Hello,
I'm a professional working within the NHS and also studying for a healthcare degree. I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom.
Welcome to both Students, Professionals and people on placement in Darlington. The hospital is a 30 minute walk, 7 minute drive and there are regular busses.
Communal living room.
Located in the Mowden area of Darlington. It offers parking, garage space (on request), a private garden. Local shops are a 2 minute walk. The house comes with a cleaner every fortnight.
All bills are included. Happy to arrange a viewing/speak over the phone to see if this is suitable for us both.
There is an alternative double bedroom with en-suite which could be available - enquire! Please note, this would not be for the same price.
